7Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jam thickens.
8If the jam is still runny after 20 minutes, continue to cook, stirring, until it reaches the consistency of jam.
9Transfer to a glass jar to cool, then store in the refrigerator.
