Instructions
- 1In a 13x9 inch pan, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, coarse salt, ground cumin, sugar and paprika. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.
- 2Cut each tofu cube into 4-6 pieces and transfer to a pan, turning to coat each side with the marinade.
- 3Arrange the tofu in one layer, cover with plastic wrap and let it blend for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours (keep in the refrigerator if blending for more than 30 minutes; there is no need to bring it to room temperature before grilling).
