Chef tips
For a velvety texture, make sure to whip the heavy cream while it is very cold from the fridge. Fold in the strawberries gently just before serving so their juices don't thin out the rich cream. For a kid-friendly version without alcohol, swap the liqueur for fresh orange juice or vanilla extract. Kids will love helping wash the berries and mixing the whipped cream with the sour cream.
