Soft Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. 1In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking soda and salt until smooth. Set aside.
2. 2In another bowl, beat the melted butter with the brown sugar and white sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until the mixture is uniform.
3. 3Mix the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula until the mixture is completely combined. Add the chocolate chips.
4. 4Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

   5Heat the oven to 180°C.
6. 6Take about 2 tablespoons of the dough for each cookie and place a few centimeters apart on the baking sheets.
7. 7Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the cookies are golden and the centers are set.
8. 8Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to continue cooling. Appetite!
